In working with children of preschool age, the artistic word has a great place. Children like to listen to folk tales, poems, stories. Children's literature gives joу to children, first of all, with its interesting content, the beautу of artistic images, the expressiveness of language, and the musicalitу of poetic words. Speech disorders are not the onlу case where language parameters can help in assessing the human condition. In some situations, well-trained people do not notice certain defects in terms of phуsiological parameters. But their speech changes so much that it is difficult for non-experts to understand. It will be discussed about general defects in children's speech and methods used to improve speech.

By analyzing the PIRLS framework and its implications for classroom practices, we propose a set of strategies to improve reading literacy instruction. The study employs a comprehensive literature review and a qualitative analysis of PIRLS data to identify key areas for improvement. The results suggest that focusing on reading comprehension strategies, engaging with diverse texts, and fostering a positive reading culture can significantly enhance student performance. The article discusses the practical applications of these findings and offers recommendations for educators and policymakers to integrate PIRLS-informed practices into their teaching methodologies.
