Mazkur maqolada tijorat banklarining kredit siyosati mazmuni va amaliyotdagi holati tahlil qilinadi. O‘zbekiston tijorat banklarining kredit portfeli sifati, kreditlash jarayonlarida uchraydigan muammolar va ularni hal etish bo‘yicha takliflar keltirilgan. Shuningdek, rivojlangan davlatlar tajribasi (AQSh, Yevropa Ittifoqi, Janubiy Koreya) asosida xalqaro kredit siyosatini tashkil etish yondashuvlari o‘rganilgan. Maqolada kredit risklarini boshqarish, raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy qilish, kredit portfelini diversifikatsiyalash orqali tijorat banklarining kredit siyosatini takomillashtirish yo‘llari asoslab berilgan. Ilmiy tahlil va takliflar asosida tijorat banklari uchun amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
Gandbolchilar o‘yin davomida nafaqat jismoniy, balki psixologik tayyorgarlikka ham tayanuvchi sportchilardir. Musobaqa paytidagi stress holatlari sportchining qaror qabul qilish qobiliyatiga, diqqatiga va harakatlariga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkin. Tadqiqotda stressning asosiy manbalari — jamoaviy bosim, kutishlar, individual mas’uliyat — tahlil qilinib, musobaqaviy stressning sportchilarga ta’siri ikki yo‘nalishda: salbiy va ijobiy jihatdan ko‘rib chiqiladi. Diqqatni jamlash, vizualizatsiya, ijobiy fikrlash, o‘zini anglash hamda ruhiy boshqaruv texnikalari stressni kamaytirishga va sportchi samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qiluvchi samarali vositalar sifatida tavsiya etiladi.
Following surgical operations for brain tumors, patients often experience cognitive impairments such as decreased memory, attention, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities. These issues are more prevalent in tumors located in the frontal, temporal, and parietal regions (Taphoorn & Klein, 2004). During rehabilitation, neuropsychological interventions play a key role in restoring cognitive functions. In this study, the initial and final cognitive status of 20 patients was assessed using the MMSE and MoCA tests. An 8-week individualized cognitive training program was implemented, which included Attention Process Training (APT), memory exercises, and problem-solving tasks (Cicerone et al., 2011). As a result, 60% of the patients showed improvements in memory and attention scores, with an average increase of 18% in the overall cognitive index. These outcomes are attributed to the correct selection of training strategies and active patient participation. Computer-based neuropsychological platforms (e.g., CogniFit, BrainHQ) enhanced training effectiveness (Gehring et al., 2009). Additionally, group sessions and family psychoeducational meetings were conducted to boost motivation and maintain emotional stability. This approach improved patients’ engagement with the intervention and had a positive impact on outcomes.
Maqolada tijorat banklarining samarali faoliyat yuritishida inson resurslarini boshqarish tizimi qanday strategik ahamiyat kasb etishi chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Bugungi raqobatbardosh moliyaviy muhitda banklarning muvaffaqiyati nafaqat texnologik infratuzilmasi yoki kapital hajmi bilan, balki malakali va motivatsiyalangan xodimlar salohiyati bilan ham belgilanadi. Shu nuqtai nazardan, inson resurslarini boshqarish (IRB) tizimining zamonaviy tendensiyalarga moslashuvi, xodimlar bilan ishlashda innovatsion yondashuvlarning joriy etilishi, raqamli transformatsiyaga tayyorlik darajasi, shuningdek, xalqaro ilg‘or tajribalarning o‘zlashtirilishi muhim omillar sifatida qaralmoqda. Tadqiqot davomida O‘zbekiston tijorat banklarida mavjud IRB tizimining holati, xodimlar almashuvining yuqori darajasi, yetakchilik salohiyatining yetarlicha rivojlanmagani, ichki tayyorlov va o‘qitish tizimlarining samaradorligi past ekani aniqlangan. Maqolada shuningdek, kompetensiyalarga asoslangan boshqaruv, KPI va CRM texnologiyalarining IRB jarayonlariga integratsiyasi, shuningdek, mentorlik va karyera rivojlanishi dasturlarining ahamiyati ham alohida yoritilgan.
