This article examines the current theoretical and methodological problems of studying the motivation of social actors, encouraging them to participate in reforming social production as entrepreneurs. Dependence of motivation of behavior on social phenomena (training and upbringing), development of society. The problems of motivation for entrepreneurial activity and the factors influencing the formation of the motivational mechanism have been studied.
In order to attract investment in the development of business activities in the regions, the topics of modernization of the economy, deepening of reforms, creation of new production capacities and basic funds, updating of currently operating techniques and technologies, and carrying out investment processes for their support are covered.
