Public speaking anxiety, or glossophobia, is one of the most common fears experienced by individuals across all age groups and professions. Despite the universal nature of this fear, the ability to speak confidently in public remains essential for academic, professional, and personal development. This article explores the psychological roots of public speaking anxiety and offers a range of practical techniques to manage and overcome it. Through mental preparation, controlled breathing, progressive exposure, and cognitive restructuring, individuals can reduce fear and build lasting confidence. 1993-yilda Movarounnahr musulmonlari idorasi tizimida muhim oʻzgarish-muftiy, shayx Muhammad Sodiq Muhammad Yusufning isteʻfoga chiqishi va uning oʻrniga yangi muftiy tayinlanishi yuz berdi. Ushbu voqea idora tarixidagi muhim bosqich boʻlib boʻlib, 1996-yilgacha boʻlgan davr, hozirgi Oʻzbekiston musulmonlari idorasi tizimining shakllanishida soʻngi bosqich hisoblanadi. Mazkur maqolada bu davrda yuz bergan muhim voqeliklar, tarixiy hodisalar va ularning tahlili haqida soʻz boradi.
Ushbu maqolada atov gaplarning ma’nosi, shakllanishi va maktab darsliklarida ularning qo‘llanilish usullari o‘rganildi. Atov gaplar nutqni yanada jonlantirish, ta’sirchanlikni oshirish va mavzuni aniq ifodalashda muhim vosita hisoblanadi. Tadqiqotda atov gaplarning turli turlari tahlil qilinib, ularni o‘quvchilarga samarali o‘rgatish metodikalari ko‘rib chiqildi. Mashqlar yordamida atov gaplarni to‘g‘ri qo‘llash usullari va darsliklardagi misollar tahlil qilindi. Natijalar atov gaplarni o‘rgatish jarayonini takomillashtirishga xizmat qilishi mumkin.
This study investigates the impact of specialized training methods on the development of speed-strength qualities in freestyle wrestling aged 14 to 16. A total of 24 athletes were divided into 2 groups: an experimental group that followed an 8-week target program focusing on explosive strength, and a control group that continued traditional wrestling training. Physical performance was assessed using standard motor test, including the standing long jump, vertical jump, and 10-meter sprint, before and after the intervention. The result showed statistically significant improvements in the experimental group compared to the control group (p <0.05), indicating the effectiveness of the applied methods in enhancing speed-strength indicators. These findings support the integration of innovative training approaches to improve the physical preparedness of adolescent freestyle wrestlers.
