NATIONAL SPECIFICITY OF UZBEK-RUSSIAN TRANSLATIONS (BASED ON THE WORKS OF P. KADYROV)

The article represents the analysis results, assessing the quality of national specifics rendering in the process of literary translation and related to it individual writer’s style. The material for analysis is the novel “Almazny pojas (Diamond Belt)” by Pirimkul Kadyrov translated from Uzbek into Russian by Yu. Suvortsev and interlinear translation carried out by the author himself. The explanatory potential of hermeneutic approach to the analysis of source and target texts is demonstrated in the article. The examples of felicitous translation solutions for reproducing\reflecting national picture of the world, which is represented in the source text, were characterized. Such cases are revealed in rendering puns, proverbs, etc.

The article provides a detailed analysis of how EI influences the ability to manage emotions, resolve conflicts, motivate teams, and make well-informed decisions. Special attention is given to the importance of EI in creating a positive atmosphere within teams, building trust-based relationships, and adapting to change. Emotional intelligence contributes to the development of leadership qualities such as flexibility, creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to maintain emotional stability in crisis situations. In conclusion, the article emphasizes that developing EI in students is a crucial aspect of their preparation for leadership roles in various areas of life.
