This article analyzes the integration and management of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility (CSR) principles in global companies. The economic, social and ecological aspects of sustainable development and the essence and importance of KIM are highlighted. The best practices of global companies, the difficulties that arise during the implementation of KIM principles and strategies for their effective management are considered. The article gives examples of successful experiences of companies such as Unilever, Tesla and IKEA in implementing the principles of sustainable development. In the conclusion, there are recommendations for sustainable development and integration of KIM. This work provides a broad overview of strategic approaches to sustainable development for global companies.
