В статье исследуется эпистолярий XIX века на примере русских писателей. Исследуется языковые особенности лексического и синтаксического уровней. Определяется композиционная структура писем XIX века. Изучение писем XIX века открывает новые возможности для исследования языковых изменений в историческом аспекте.

The article is devoted to the study of the relationship between psychological protection and personality traits, as well as to the identification of its socio-psychological components. In this regard, special attention is paid to the development of scientifically based ideas in the study of problems related to the formation of psychological protection and its development, socio-psychological characteristics, emotional and emotional states, and influence on psychological mechanisms.

This article describes in detail the Ministry of Justice, a state organization that implements state legal policy, and its legal policy process. In recent years, in our country, the process of digitalization has become a state issue in almost all sectors and industries in order to adapt to the times and not to be left out of its requirements. Many documents have started to be digitized, including such initiatives have been implemented in the Ministry of Justice.

Students and professionals feel that learning English is necessary to stay competitive in their studies and careers due to the rapid globalization of the world. We are also living in the age of specializations. Individuals possess specialized knowledge in various domains; the most effective approach to acquire this kind of information is by learning several languages, particularly English, which is widely utilized globally. The study examined the impact of using English for Specific Purposes reading within the framework of the communicative approach, and the results were presented in this article for a group of law students. Results demonstrate that specialized reading encourages students to use English in everyday contexts and expands their vocabulary and knowledge of their particular field of study.

This article is presented as an element of the civil society system of the institution of public control implemented at the local level. Legislative approaches are described, existing regional legal documents regulating public control are presented and classified, and their problems are analyzed.
