Through this article, the genetic factors that cause the formation of women and girls leaders in our society, as well as the characteristics of leadership formed through the social environment, are highlighted. The article proved the natural factor of girls becoming leaders from a young age, i.e. the level of genetics and its development in the social environment.
In this article, the use of innovative technologies in mother tongue lessons, interactive methods during the educational process, increasing interest in the use of pedagogical and information technologies during the educational process, and the further formation of the teaching process of mother tongue science are proven in this article. A number of current problems and shortcomings are fully explained. The importance of increasing the effectiveness of mother tongue lessons was discussed.
