The communicative processes and specific features of language socialization that occur in online multiplayer games (Massively Multiplayer Online Games – MMO) are analyzed. The study covers the communicative relationships formed in the virtual environment, linguistic cooperation between players, the use of jargon and slang, as well as the impact of online games on the speech and socialization of young people. The article argues that online games are not only an entertainment tool, but also an important social platform for language learning, the development of communicative competence, and the formation of intercultural communication.

The increasing integration of technology into educational environments has created new opportunities for improving language instruction. Among various digital resources, podcasts have become an effective tool for developing listening comprehension, vocabulary acquisition, pronunciation, and communicative competence. Their flexibility and accessibility allow learners to engage with educational content beyond classroom boundaries. However, the successful use of podcasts depends on the application of appropriate methodological principles that guide the teaching process. This article examines the pedagogical foundations of podcast-based instruction, analyzes key methodological principles, and discusses their contribution to language learning effectiveness. The study also highlights practical recommendations for integrating podcasts into foreign language education.

В статье рассматриваются теоретические и практические аспекты оценки эффективности сделок по слиянию и поглощению компаний. Раскрывается экономическое содержание сделок M&A, определяются их основные цели, мотивы и формы реализации. Особое внимание уделяется методам оценки финансовой и стратегической эффективности слияний и поглощений, включая анализ синергетического эффекта, динамики стоимости бизнеса, рентабельности, денежных потоков и рыночной капитализации компаний. Рассматриваются основные факторы, влияющие на успешность сделок, в том числе качество предварительной проверки компании, обоснованность стоимости приобретения, структура финансирования и эффективность постинтеграционного управления. В статье также анализируются причины, по которым отдельные сделки M&A не обеспечивают ожидаемого экономического эффекта. На основе исследования сформулированы предложения по совершенствованию процесса планирования, оценки и реализации сделок слияния и поглощения.

This scientific article discusses the biological significance of enzymes, their functions in living organisms, and their role in metabolic processes. Enzymes are of great importance as biological catalysts that accelerate biochemical reactions occurring in the organism. The article provides detailed information about the structure, properties, classification, mechanism of action, and application of enzymes in medicine, the food industry, and biotechnology. In addition, scientific analyses are presented regarding the role of enzymes in maintaining human health and diseases associated with enzyme deficiency.
