ISSUES OF ORGANIZING INTERNAL AUDIT IN JOINT-STOCK COMPANIES

This thesis addresses issues related to organizing internal audit in joint-stock companies based on national and international standards and explaining it based on international standards. Also, information on the effectiveness of the corporate governance system, which can be achieved through the effective organization of internal audit in joint-stock companies, is provided from foreign experience. As a result of the study, issues of improving the internal audit process based on international requirements were considered, and corresponding conclusions and proposals were formed.

This article explores the importance and effectiveness of new teaching methods in the development of Primary School students. IMPROVING THE TRANSFORMATION PROCESS IN BANKS

This article analyzes transformation processes in the banking system of Uzbekistan and studies ways to improve it. As a research methodology, literature analysis, statistical data analysis and the study of the experience of foreign countries were used. The results show that such areas as the introduction of digital technologies, improving the quality of services, improving risk management are important in increasing the competitiveness of Uzbekistan's banks. The article concludes with a series of proposals aimed at improving the transformation of banks.
