Osteoporosis is common in the elderly, and bone microfracture occurs mainly in women and men over 50 and 70 years of age. The purpose of this article is to study the effect of changes in the endocrine system (thyroid gland, adrenal gland, pituitary gland, sex glands) on the locomotor system. Studies have shown that the increase in TSH and the increase in hormones produced by the thyroid gland in the body have a protective effect on bone mass. A decrease in sex hormones (testosterone, estrogen) and vitamin D and an increase in cortisol, thyroid hormone, and follicle-stimulating hormone have led to a decrease in bone mass.

Today, the rational use of mineral fertilizers in humus-poor soils of Central Asia has led to a significant increase in the yield of all cultivated crops. This situation has led some agricultural workers to reduce, and sometimes ignore, the role of humus in soil fertility, which is reflected in the farming system in which measures to preserve and increase soil organic matter have not been given due attention, and not only in Uzbekistan. In general, in Central Asia, it is necessary to pay attention to increasing the supply of humus to the soil, which means achieving a number of achievements in agriculture.
