Classical literature includes many lyrical genres and poetic art. Some of the existing forms of poetry arose as a result of literary connections, while some were formed as genres by great writers. The article provides information about the genres of farz, kiyo, rubai, tuyuk, which are widely used in Eastern literature. The article also examines the role of these genres in the work of Hazrat Alisher Navoi, as well as the poetic skill of the great poet. Some of the poet's works in the genres of farz, qita, rubai, tuyuk are brought into the field of analysis and generalization.

В статье анализируются меснави Алишера Навои и Захириддина Мухаммада Бабура. В результате анализа выявляется художественное преломление патриотических идей в произведениях авторов, их общее и различное. Структурная структура и идейное содержание произведений отражают творческий стиль обоих авторов. Жанр меснави раскрывает самобытность творческих взглядов обоих авторов.

Статья исследует национальные модели правосознания в Германии США Японии и Узбекистане и их влияние на формирование правовой культуры. Использован междисциплинарный подход, включающий качественный контент-анализ публикаций и международных индексов, а также анализ национальных стратегий правового просвещения. Результаты показывают, что правосознание формируется не только силой институтов, но и историческими традициями правовой социализацией и уровнем доверия к государству. В Германии преобладает институционально-нормативная модель с высокой интеграцией права в повседневную жизнь. В США наблюдается фрагментированная и плюралистическая модель, сочетающая уважение к закону с критическим отношением к его применению. В Японии формируется согласительная модель, ориентированная на поддержание социальной гармонии. В Узбекистане проявляется переходная модель, где усилия по укреплению правовой культуры сталкиваются с наследием советской системы. Выводы подчеркивают, что эффективное повышение правосознания требует учета национальных моделей при разработке реформ и образовательных программ.

A comprehensive approach to welfare and environmental stewardship is reinforced by post-pandemic tendencies toward immunity, nutrition, and traceable food sources, which highlight the potential of technology-enabled solutions to make fresh, organic produce accessible in urban environments.
