The study found that pectin-based coatings reduce fruit-vegetable respiration rates, reduce moisture loss, and slow down the growth of microorganisms. These coatings are environmentally friendly and safe for consumers, allowing a significant extension of the shelf life.

This article analyzes the economic and social development of Tashkent city during the period from 1945 to 1991.
