This paper examines the relationship between fast food and home-cooked meals, as well as their respective impacts on health, nutrition, and lifestyle factors. This research aims to determine which alternative has the most positive influence on physical well-being, long-term health, and dietary balance. A diverse cohort of participants was utilized to gather data concerning eating behaviors, frequency of consumption, and associated health outcomes. The findings suggest that individuals who frequently consume home-cooked meals are less likely to be overweight, exhibit higher energy intake, and have a lower risk of developing chronic diseases. Prior research has also indicated that home cooking contributes to improved portion control and nutrient intake. These results highlight the benefits of pot roast in comparison to fast food in terms of life extension.

Beta funksiyasi, ehtimollik nazariyasi va statistikada muhim ahamiyatga ega. U beta taqsimotini ifodalashda qo‘llaniladi, bu taqsimot esa o‘zgaruvchilarning chegarali intervaldagi taqsimlanishiga asoslangan modellarni yaratishda qo‘llanadi. Statistikada va genetika, molekulyar biologiya kabi sohalarda beta funksiyasi orqali optimallashtirish va parametrlarni baholash amalga oshiriladi.

This work is an elegant expression of the suffering and expression of love in the heart. The work occupies a special place in Uzbek literature as one of the painful love and memory epics written with the gaze, heart, and love of a wonderful woman.

Прежде всего, организация самостоятельного обучения в системе высшего образования, определение мотивов, побуждающих студентов к самостоятельной работе, и формирование у них навыков самостоятельного обучения является актуальной педагогической проблемой. Потому что в современных условиях, когда спектр информации и знаний стремительно расширяется, подчеркивается, что вся информация не может быть полностью донесена до студентов только во время занятий. По характеру заданий видов самостоятельной работы больше и они имеют разные учебные цели: предварительное изучение материала; прослушивание лекций, составление конспектов; работать с рекомендованными источниками информации.
