Ушбу мақолада инсон салоҳиятини юксалтиришда бўш вақтдан самарали фойдаланишнинг замонавий тенденциялари таҳлил қилинади. Жаҳондаги ўзгарувчан ҳаёт тарзи, рақамлаштириш жараёнлари ва ижтимоий тармоқлар таъсирида инсонлар бўш вақтни қандай ўтказаётгани, ундан шахсий ривожланиш ва ижтимоий фаоллик учун фойдаланиш усуллари кўриб чиқилади.
