Ushbu maqolada ayol rahbarlarning shaxsiy va psixologik xususiyatlari, ularning jamiyatdagi roli hamda duch keladigan ijtimoiy-psixologik to‘siqlar tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, rahbarlik faoliyatida gender tengligining ahamiyati, ayollarning boshqaruvda o‘z o‘rnini topishi va bu jarayonda ularni ruhiy jihatdan qo‘llab-quvvatlash zarurati ilmiy asosda yoritiladi.
Mazkur maqolada maktabgacha taʻlim tashkilotlarida tarbiyachi-pedagoglarning emotsional kompetentsiyasini shakllantirish mexanizmlari, his-tuygʻularni boshqarish, muloqot, bolalar bilan ishlashda emotsiyaning tarbiyachi-pedagoglar faoliyatidagi oʻrni tahlil qilingan.
Bolalar maktab taʼlimiga tayyor boʻlishi uchun ular nafaqat aqliy va ijtimoiy koʻnikmalarga, balki rivojlangan nutq va muloqot qobiliyatlariga ham ega boʻlishi zarur. Bu zarurat Oʻzbekiston Respublikasining “Maktabgacha taʼlim va tarbiyaning davlat standarti”, “Ilk va maktabgacha yoshdagi bolalar rivojlanishiga qoʻyiladigan davlat talablari” hamda “Ilk qadam” davlat oʻquv dasturida aniq belgilangan. Ushbu jihatlar maqolada tahlil qilingan.
Since the independence in 1991, Uzbekistan has developed close and mutual relations with the Republic of China. The two countries established diplomatic ties in 1992, which have since evolved into a strong partnership in politics, economy, education, and culture. This article explores the historical development of Uzbekistan–China relations, major cooperation projects, and their role in promoting regional stability and prosperity. It also highlights the strategic importance of this relationship under initiatives such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the Belt and Road Initiative. The study concludes that mutual respect and shared goals have made the partnership between Uzbekistan and China one of the key examples of successful diplomacy in Central Asia.
