One of the main areas of emergency preparedness is moral and spiritual preparation for action in emergency situations. Falling into a state of emergency always has a strong effect on a person's psyche. According to medical statistics, many people suffer from severe psychological trauma and need psychological treatment after catastrophic emergencies.
The procedure for preparing all segments of the population for actions in emergency situations and in the field of civil protection, as well as the actions of heads of state administration bodies, local executive bodies and other organizations, workers and employees in the prevention and elimination of emergency situations and civil protection. There are also scientifically based sources on the psychological mechanisms of providing psychological support and correction to people in extreme situations as a direct witness, perpetrator or victim of an emergency.
In the article, the results of the researches conducted in order to improve the activity of banks in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the importance of evaluating the level of customer satisfaction and evaluation methods, and the most optimal methods that can be used in the evaluation of the national banking system are reported.
