Hozirgi kunda barcha mamlakatlarda va yurtimizda madaniyat va san’at sohasi boshqaruviga juda katta e’tibor qaratilmoqda. Sababi madaniyat menejmentiga yangicha bilim, yangicha ko‘nikma va yangicha dunyoqarash tabora kuchaymoqda. Shuning uchun ham ushbu tezisda madaniyat sohasi menejmentining muhum vazifalari haqida fikirlar yuritilgan.
В данной статье рассматривается вопрос формирования когнитивной компетенции у учащихся в процессе обучения родному языку, а именно – принципы и технологии формирования когнитивной компетенции. При обсуждении принципов формирования когнитивной компетенции особое внимание уделяется коммуникативному подходу, компетентностному подходу, а также лингвистическим, психолингвистическим и методическим принципам коммуникативно-когнитивных методов, занимающих важное место в национальной и мировой методиках, на основе которых проведен анализ и дана оценка научным исследованиям. Дана рекомендация по подготовительному этапу формирования когнитивной компетенции учащихся с использованием таких типов упражнений, как имитационные, трансформационные и коммуникативные.
