Ushbu maqola interlingvistika fanining bir bo‘limi xalqaro sun’iy tillarning sotsiolingvistika fanida tutgan o‘rni va ularning shakllanishi, xalqaro sun’iy tillar, ularning ijtimoiy hayotda qo‘llanishiga bag‘ishlanadi. Maqolada xalqaro sun’iy tillarning “esparanto”, “Solserol” va “ro” turlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda sun’iy tillarning jamiyatda tutgan o‘rni keng o‘rganiladi.
Ushbu maqolada hozirgi zamon ta’lim jarayonida metodika va dars o‘tish metodlarining ahamiyati, ularni samarali tashkil etish yo‘llari hamda ta’lim sifatini oshirishdagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Xususan, interfaol metodlardan foydalanish jarayoni, ularning o‘quvchilarning bilish faolligi, mustaqil fikrlashi va amaliy ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirishdagi ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Maqolada “zinama-zina” metodi, nazariy ta’limotlar va kompyuter modellashtirish texnologiyalarining ta’lim jarayoniga tatbiq etilishi orqali o‘quvchilarning bilimni puxta egallashi va uni amaliyotda qo‘llash imkoniyatlari kengayishi asoslab berilgan. Shuningdek, zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalardan foydalanish ta’lim samaradorligini oshirish, o‘qituvchi va o‘quvchi o‘rtasidagi hamkorlikni mustahkamlash hamda ta’lim jarayonini innovatsion yondashuvlar asosida tashkil etishga xizmat qilishi ilmiy jihatdan yoritilgan.
Juvenile justice operates on a tightrope. It must enforce the law while simultaneously prioritizing the child's welfare, a balance that demands rehabilitation over simple punishment. This article examines how Uzbekistan navigates this tension. By analyzing recent legislative reforms and 2024 crime statistics, we identify a gap between progressive laws and their practical implementation. The findings suggest that while Uzbekistan has the legal framework for a child-friendly system, it lacks the specialized infrastructure to make it work. Realizing the best interests of the child will require moving beyond simple reconciliation settlements toward professional, state-led diversion programs.
