В данной статье рассматривается современное состояние практики управления рисками в коммерческих банках Республики Узбекистан, существующие проблемы и пути их преодоления. Проведен углубленный анализ основных видов рисков, возникающих в банковской деятельности: кредитного риска, риска ликвидности, операционного риска, риска процентной ставки и риска несоблюдения требований, а также проведен сравнительный анализ с международной практикой их управления. В ходе исследования определено современное состояние систем оценки и мониторинга рисков в коммерческих банках Узбекистана и разработаны необходимые рекомендации по их совершенствованию. В частности, обоснована необходимость гармонизации политики управления рисками с автоматизированными цифровыми решениями, повышения достаточности капитала на основе требований Базеля III и укрепления корпоративного управления. Статья служит практической основой для повышения финансовой устойчивости банковской системы и укрепления кредитной надежности.
