UMAR XAYYOM RUBOIYLARINING TASAVVUFIY TALQINI MUAMMOSI

Mazkur maqolada Umar Xayyom ruboiylarining tasavvufiy talqini masalasi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi shoir ijodiga nisbatan shakllangan “ishratparast shoir” haqidagi qarashlarni qayta ko‘rib chiqish va ruboiylardagi botiniy ma’nolarni ochib berishdan iborat. Shuningdek, Xayyomning ilmiy-falsafiy merosi hamda matematika va astronomiya sohasidagi faoliyatining uning poetik tafakkuriga ta’siri yoritiladi. Maqolada ruboiylarda uchraydigan “may”, “soqi”, “ko‘za” kabi obrazlar tasavvufiy ramzlar sifatida talqin qilinadi. LAWYERS AS AML/CFT GATEKEEPERS IN UZBEKISTAN: LEGAL CHALLENGES AND FUTURE PROSPECTS

This article examines the potential role of lawyers as gatekeepers within the anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT) framework in Uzbekistan, focusing on the legal challenges and prospects of integrating the legal profession into preventive financial-crime regulation. While international standards, particularly those developed by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), increasingly require lawyers to perform customer due diligence and reporting functions, such obligations have not been fully implemented in Uzbekistan. The article analyzes the existing national legal framework and identifies key challenges, including tensions with attorney–client privilege, concerns over professional independence, and the absence of clear regulatory mechanisms. By comparing international approaches with the current Uzbek context, the article highlights the risks of both under-regulation and over-regulation of the legal profession. It argues that the introduction of gatekeeping obligations must be carefully balanced with fundamental professional guarantees and proposes a gradual, risk-based and self-regulatory model tailored to national legal realities.

YO’L HARAKATI XAVFSIZLIGINI TA’MINLASHDA INTELLEKTUAL TRANSPORT TIZIMLARI (ITS) VA ULARNING KIBERXAVFSIZLIK MUAMMOLARI

Ushbu maqolada intellektual transport tizimlari (ITS) ning yo’l harakati xavfsizligini ta’minlashdagi roli va ushbu tizimlar bilan bog’liq kiberxavfsizlik muammolari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil etilgan. Zamonaviy transport infratuzilmasida ITS texnologiyalarining keng qo’llanilishi yo’l-transport hodisalari sonini kamaytirish, harakatni tartibga solish va favqulodda vaziyatlarga tezkor munosabat bildirish imkoniyatlarini sezilarli darajada oshirmoqda. Biroq, ushbu tizimlarning raqamli tarmoqlarga ulanishi yangi kiberxavfni vujudga keltirmoqda. Maqolada ITS komponentlari jumladan, aqlli svetoforlar, avtomatlashtirilgan yo’l belgilari, transport vositalararo aloqa tizimlari (V2X), yo’l kameralar va markaziy boshqaruv tizimlari - kiberxavfsizlik nuqtai nazaridan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko’rsatadiki, ITS tizimlariga uyushtirilgan kiberhujumlar transport xavfsizligiga jiddiy tahdid solishi va inson hayotiga xavf tug’dirishi mumkin.

CLINICAL-NEUROLOGICAL, NEUROIMAGING, AND DIAGNOSTIC FEATURES OF CALL-FLEMING SYNDROME

Call-Fleming syndrome, or reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS), is a clinico-radiological syndrome characterized by thunderclap headache, segmental or multifocal narrowing of the intracranial arteries, and their regression over time [1–4]. In practice, diagnosis is often delayed because of the polymorphic clinical course of the syndrome, its similarity to other cerebrovascular and headache syndromes, and the fact that early neuroimaging does not always provide clear confirmation [4–6]. The aim of this study was to evaluate clinical-neurological signs, trigger factors, neuroimaging and paraclinical findings, conformity with diagnostic criteria, and outcomes of clinical management in patients with Call-Fleming syndrome. The study was conducted as a prospective, single-center, observational cohort. Between 2023 and 2025, 30 patients diagnosed with or clinically suspected of having Call-Fleming syndrome were followed in the 1st and 2nd Neurology Departments of the Andijan State Medical Institute Clinic. The results showed that 76.7% of patients were women, and postpartum cases accounted for 30.0%. Thunderclap headache occurred in 96.7% of cases, segmental or multifocal vasoconstriction in 80.0% of patients, and reversibility was documented in 73.3%. Among trigger factors, vasoactive/serotonergic drugs (40.0%) and postpartum/hormonal factors (30.0%) were predominant. Full conformity with diagnostic criteria was found in 70.0%, partial conformity in 20.0%, and suspected cases accounted for 10.0%. Conservative treatment based on nimodipine predominated, and overall complete clinical regression was recorded in 66.7% of patients [15–18]. These findings indicate that targeted identification of triggers, detection of vasoconstriction using MRA/CTA, and dynamic follow-up are crucial for the early diagnosis of Call-Fleming syndrome.

OROL BO‘YI HUDUDIDAGI EKOLOGIK OMILLARNING DENTAL IMPLANTATLAR INTEGRATSIYASIGA TA’SIRI

Ushbu maqolada Orol bo‘yi hududining murakkab ekologik sharoitlari va ularning dental implantatlarning suyak to‘qimalariga integratsiya jarayoniga ko‘rsatadigan ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Hududdagi sho‘rlanish darajasi, chang-tuz aerozollari, ichimlik suvi tarkibi va umumiy ekologik stress omillari organizmning mineral almashinuviga, suyak regeneratsiyasi va implant atrofidagi to‘qimalarning biologik javobiga sezilarli darajada ta’sir ko‘rsatishi yoritilgan. Shuningdek, implantologik jarayonlarda yuzaga keladigan biologik moslashuv va muvaffaqiyat darajasiga ekologik sharoitlarning bilvosita ta’siri ilmiy asosda ko‘rib chiqilgan.
