This article examines the methods of searching and analyzing terms in the corpus of the Uzbek language. The relevance of the systematic study of terminology and the effectiveness of the use of modern corpus linguistics tools in research work are analyzed. The methods used to search for terms in the corpus, the contextual relationships between them, and the advantages of search algorithms are described in detail. Also, the article analyzes advanced technological solutions for identifying terms in the Uzbek language and determining their frequency of use. In this process, the semantic, morphological and syntactic features of the terms are also taken into account.
