This article examines innovative strategies aimed at improving the performance of small businesses and private entrepreneurship in regional contexts. In the conditions of developing economic problems, small enterprises play a decisive role in regional development. The study identifies the main areas of improvement, such as the integration of digital technologies, the development of cooperation networks and the use of local resources. Drawing on successful case studies and best practices, this work provides practical recommendations for policymakers, entrepreneurs and stakeholders.

The article represents the analysis results, assessing the quality of national specifics rendering in the process of literary translation and related to it individual writer’s style. The material for analysis is the novel “Almazny pojas (Diamond Belt)” by Pirimkul Kadyrov translated from Uzbek into Russian by Yu. Suvortsev and interlinear translation carried out by the author himself. The explanatory potential of hermeneutic approach to the analysis of source and target texts is demonstrated in the article. The examples of felicitous translation solutions for reproducing\reflecting national picture of the world, which is represented in the source text, were characterized. Such cases are revealed in rendering puns, proverbs, etc.
