This article discusses the importance of student assessment criteria in European higher education institutions and the concept of their role in improving the educational process and students' knowledge. It also discusses the concept of objectives of the assessment process and provides an example of a standard assessment process. A brief overview of assessment systems is given, and the advantages and disadvantages of the applied normative-criteria structures are described in detail using examples from leading European universities.

The article describes the mechanisms of conducting the pre-trial proceedings in the investigation of crimes in the field of ecology. Based on the conducted research, general conclusions were given, and practical recommendations were made for the pre-trial stage of the investigation of crimes in the field of ecology.

Examples of this are its antioxidant, digestive enzymes, memory improvement, neuroprotective, antispasmodic, hypotensive, antifungal, antibacterial, anticarcinogenic, antitoxic, and antidiabetic properties. These phytochemical properties of kavrak can effectively solve various problems of pharmacological and clinical research.
