Rahbar shaxslar jamiyat baxt-saodati yo‘lida halol mehnat qilishi, jamiyat boyligini ko‘paytirish haqida g‘amxo‘rlik qilishi, qonunlarga, huquqiy akt va bitimlarga, davlat intizomiga qat’iy rioya qilishi zarur. Bunda menejer yuqori darajadagi fuqarolik, vatanparvarlik burchini bajara olishi kerak. Ko‘p fikrlilikka ochiq ko‘ngil bo‘lish va uni xurmat qilishi shuningdek, huquqiy, moddiy va ma’naviy javobgarlikni tan olish va rioya qilish kabi xususiyatlarni hisobga olishi shart.
Ushbu maqolada hozirgi kunda O‘zbekistonda menejment tizimining alohida o‘ziga xos ko‘rinishi shakllanib, dunyo miqyosida iqtisodiyotni boshqarishning O‘zbek modeli degan nomga sazovor bo‘ldi. Model beshta tamoyildan iborat bo‘lib, yurtboshimiz tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan konsepsiya asosida mamlakatni ham ijtimoiy, ham iqtisodiy jihatdan yuksak rivojlanishiga olib keldi. Bugungi kunda menejment sohasida bu tamoyillar asosidagi O‘zbek modeli‖ alohida o‘rin tutadi. Milliy iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirish yo‘lida qilinayotgan salmoqli ishlarni aksariyatining mohiyati shu kabi tamoyillarning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi bilan tushuntiriladi.

This article discusses the importance of student assessment criteria in European higher education institutions and the concept of their role in improving the educational process and students' knowledge. It also discusses the concept of objectives of the assessment process and provides an example of a standard assessment process. A brief overview of assessment systems is given, and the advantages and disadvantages of the applied normative-criteria structures are described in detail using examples from leading European universities.
