Rahbar shaxslar jamiyat baxt-saodati yo‘lida halol mehnat qilishi, jamiyat boyligini ko‘paytirish haqida g‘amxo‘rlik qilishi, qonunlarga, huquqiy akt va bitimlarga, davlat intizomiga qat’iy rioya qilishi zarur. Bunda menejer yuqori darajadagi fuqarolik, vatanparvarlik burchini bajara olishi kerak. Ko‘p fikrlilikka ochiq ko‘ngil bo‘lish va uni xurmat qilishi shuningdek, huquqiy, moddiy va ma’naviy javobgarlikni tan olish va rioya qilish kabi xususiyatlarni hisobga olishi shart.

Ushbu maqolada hozirgi kunda O‘zbekistonda menejment tizimining alohida o‘ziga xos ko‘rinishi shakllanib, dunyo miqyosida iqtisodiyotni boshqarishning O‘zbek modeli degan nomga sazovor bo‘ldi. Model beshta tamoyildan iborat bo‘lib, yurtboshimiz tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan konsepsiya asosida mamlakatni ham ijtimoiy, ham iqtisodiy jihatdan yuksak rivojlanishiga olib keldi. Bugungi kunda menejment sohasida bu tamoyillar asosidagi O‘zbek modeli‖ alohida o‘rin tutadi. Milliy iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirish yo‘lida qilinayotgan salmoqli ishlarni aksariyatining mohiyati shu kabi tamoyillarning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi bilan tushuntiriladi.

As a result of recent studies, a number of promising active properties of kavrak have been revealed. Examples of this are its antioxidant, digestive enzymes, memory improvement, neuroprotective, antispasmodic, hypotensive, antifungal, antibacterial, anticarcinogenic, antitoxic, and antidiabetic properties. These phytochemical properties of kavrak can effectively solve various problems of pharmacological and clinical research.
