Mazkur maqolada tijorat banklarining kredit siyosati mazmuni va amaliyotdagi holati tahlil qilinadi. O‘zbekiston tijorat banklarining kredit portfeli sifati, kreditlash jarayonlarida uchraydigan muammolar va ularni hal etish bo‘yicha takliflar keltirilgan. Shuningdek, rivojlangan davlatlar tajribasi (AQSh, Yevropa Ittifoqi, Janubiy Koreya) asosida xalqaro kredit siyosatini tashkil etish yondashuvlari o‘rganilgan. Maqolada kredit risklarini boshqarish, raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy qilish, kredit portfelini diversifikatsiyalash orqali tijorat banklarining kredit siyosatini takomillashtirish yo‘llari asoslab berilgan.
