Mazkur maqolada fuqarolik jamiyatini rivojlantirish jarayonida raqamli texnologiyalarning tutgan o‘rni va ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Raqamli platformalar orqali fuqarolarning ijtimoiy faolligi, jamoatchilik nazorati va davlat boshqaruvidagi ishtiroki kengayib borayotgani yoritiladi. Shuningdek, raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanish jarayonida yuzaga keladigan muammolar va ularni bartaraf etish yo‘llari ilmiy jihatdan baholanadi.
Ushbu maqolada XIX asr qoraqalpoq adabiyotining yirik namoyandasi Berdaq ijodida tarixiy xotira va xalq taqdirining badiiy ifodasi ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Berdaq ijodidagi tarixiy xotira tushunchasi xalqning o‘tmishini eslash, milliy ongni shakllantirish va ma’naviy qadriyatlarni asrash vositasi sifatida talqin etiladi. Maqolada shoirning she’riy va epik asarlarida xalq taqdiri, zulm va tengsizlikka qarshi fikrlar badiiy vositalar orqali ifodalangani tahlil qilinadi.
