Атрезия желчных протоков – наиболее частая причина стойкой прямой (конъюгированной) гипербилирубинемии в первые три месяца жизни. Это прогрессирующая воспалительная облитерация вне- и внутрипеченочных желчных протоков, патогенез которой остается спорным. В обзоре представлены современные данные об этиопатогенетической картине, клинических проявлениях, методах диагностики, хирургическом лечении и исходах этого грозного заболевания у детей раннего возраста. Подчеркивается, что персистирующая желтуха в период новорожденности требует неотложного лечения, установления диагноза в ранние сроки жизни и наложения портоэнтеростомы по Касаи детям с атрезией желчных протоков до восьмой недели жизни позволит выжить более трети детей.

Ventricular septal defect (VSD) is one of the most common congenital heart disease in children. When it is associated with high pulmonary hypertension (PH), the heart and lung experience increased pressure and workload, making early and accurate evaluation very important. Echocardiography is the main non-invasive method used to assess the defect. This study focuses on the echocardiographic features of VSD with PH in children and explains how these feelings help diagnosis, treatment planning and follow-up.

The preservation of this dual linguistic heritage remains essential not only for understanding the historical development of medical science but also for maintaining consistency and professionalism in contemporary medical education and practice.
