Ushbu ilmiy maqola O‘zbekiston Respublikasi bank tizimida zamonaviy raqamli transformatsiya jarayonlari doirasida “Open Banking” — ochiq bank xizmatlari modelining joriy etilishi va rivojlanish istiqbollarini tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Maqolada avvalo Open Banking modelining nazariy mohiyati, funksional komponentlari, global moliyaviy texnologiyalar bilan aloqasi va mijoz markazlashgan yondashuvga asoslanganligi chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, Yevropa Ittifoqida PSD2 direktivasi asosida shakllangan tizim, Osiyo mamlakatlarida bank-fintech integratsiyasi va AQShda bozor asosida rivojlangan ochiq moliyaviy ekotizim misollarida xalqaro amaliyot o‘rganiladi. O‘zbekiston kontekstida Open Banking’ning huquqiy asoslari, infratuzilmaviy tayyorgarlik holati, Markaziy bank tomonidan olib borilayotgan raqamli moliya siyosatlari, shuningdek, tijorat banklarining — jumladan “O‘zmilliybank” AJning — raqamli platformalarga o‘tish tajribasi muhokama qilinadi. Mijoz ma’lumotlarini himoya qilish, kiberxavfsizlik, API almashinuvi, fintech startaplar bilan hamkorlik va banklararo raqobat kabi elementlar tizimli tarzda tahlil etiladi.
