This article broadly discusses the role of media literacy in a modern digital society, its impact on a person's critical thinking, information processing and evaluation. It also analyzes the role of media literacy in ensuring information security in the context of increased global information flows, its impact on the formation of media culture among young people, and its significance at the state level. The study examined the existing scientific literature and identified the main components of media literacy competencies and the mechanisms for their formation.

Ushbu maqolada BMTning Nogironlar huquqlari to‘g‘risidagi Konvensiyasi talablarining O‘zbekiston amaliyotida bajarilishi yoritiladi. Konvensiya asosida qabul qilingan milliy qonunchilik, inklyuziv ta’lim va ijtimoiy himoya sohasidagi islohotlar tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, Konvensiya ijrosida mavjud muammolar va ularni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha takliflar beriladi. Tadqiqot natijalari O‘zbekistonda nogironligi bo‘lgan shaxslar huquqlarini ta’minlash bo‘yicha amalga oshирилаётген siyosatning samaradorligini ochib beradi.

Ushbu maqolada lotin tilining zamonaviy ta’lim tizimidagi ahamiyati, uning tarixiy shakllanishi, ilmiy terminologiyadagi o‘rni, analitik fikrlashni rivojlantirishdagi roli va multidisiplinar integratsiya imkoniyatlari ilmiy asosda tahlil qilinadi. Lotin tilini o‘qitishning zamonaviy metodlari, mavjud muammolar va ularni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha takliflar yoritilgan.

This article provides an extensive analysis of the semantic characteristics of English idiomatic phraseological units, focusing specifically on verbal idioms and their unique patterns of variation. Idioms constitute an essential part of the English lexicon, representing culturally conditioned, semantically complex units whose meanings cannot be deduced from the meanings of their individual components. This study explores the semantic integrity, metaphorical motivation, cognitive underpinnings, grammatical adaptability, and lexical-structural variability of verbal idioms. Drawing from cognitive linguistics, phraseology theory, discourse studies, and corpus-based examples, this paper demonstrates how verbal idioms form a dynamic subsystem within English phraseology, capable of expressing actions, states, emotions, and social interactions through metaphorical and culturally embedded structures. Additionally, challenges of interpretation and cross-linguistic translation are analyzed. Results suggest that verbal idioms perform significant semantic, stylistic, and pragmatic functions in modern communication and require a multilayered linguistic approach for accurate understanding.
