Ushbu maqolada xizmatlarni boshqarish sohasida uchrayotgan muammolar va ularning yechimlari chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada xizmatlar ko‘rsatish tizimidagi boshqaruv kamchiliklari, inson resurslarini boshqarishdagi muvofiqlashtirish muammolari, mijozlar ehtiyojlarini noto‘g‘ri baholash oqibatida yuzaga kelayotgan xizmat sifati muammolari va texnologik vositalarning yetarli darajada joriy qilinmagani kabilar batafsil tahlil qilingan.
