This article examines the problems and prospects of developing communicative competence among university lecturers. The relevance of the topic is due to the increasing demands for the quality of education and the need to improve the effectiveness of interaction between lecturers and students in the modern educational environment. The article analyzes different approaches to defining the concept of "communicative competence" and identifies the main components necessary for successful pedagogical communication. Particular attention is paid to the problems arising in the process of developing communicative competence of lecturers, such as the insufficient development of teaching methods, lack of time for professional development, and psychological barriers in communication. Based on the analysis, promising directions are proposed for the development of communicative competence among university lecturers, including the introduction of interactive teaching methods, the development of special training programs, and the creation of a favorable educational environment that promotes the exchange of experience and the development of professional skills.

В статье рассматриваются особенности современного понимания грамматического строя русского языка. Грамматическая система русского языка представляет собой динамическую структуру, отражающую процессы развития, обновления и адаптации языка к новым коммуникативным условиям. Анализируются основные тенденции в морфологии и синтаксисе, проявляющиеся в современном русском языке под влиянием разговорной практики, цифровых технологий и глобализационных процессов.

В статье рассматриваются морфологические и семантические особенности местоимений в русском языке. Местоимения представляют собой особый разряд знаменательных слов, которые не называют предметы, признаки или действия, а лишь указывают на них. Исследуется грамматическая природа местоимений, их классификация по значению, функции в речи, а также особенности словоизменения и синтаксического употребления. Анализ показал, что местоимения выполняют важную роль в организации высказывания, экономии языковых средств и выражении личных, дейктических и коммуникативных значений.

Mazkur maqolada pedagogik menejmentda innovatsion texnologiyalarni joriy etish masalalari yoritilgan. Ta’lim tizimida boshqaruv jarayonlarini takomillashtirish, raqamli platformalardan foydalanish, sun’iy intellekt va axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalarini tatbiq etishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, o‘qituvchi va rahbar kadrlarning innovatsion kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirish, ta’lim jarayonida samaradorlikni oshirishga qaratilgan ilg‘or tajribalar o‘rganilgan. Maqolada pedagogik menejmentni modernizatsiya qilish orqali ta’lim sifati, samaradorligi va raqobatbardoshligini ta’minlash bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.

Mazkur maqolada milliy teatrning tarbiyaviy salohiyati, u orqali o‘quvchilarda halollik, mehnatsevarlik, kattaga hurmat, mehr-oqibat va vatanparvarlik kabi qadriyatlarni shakllantirish mexanizmlari yoritiladi. Teatrning tajribaviy o‘qitish va sotsiokultural yondashuvlar bilan uyg‘unligi tahlil qilinadi, maktab sharoitida qo‘llash uchun amaliy model va baholash vositalari taklif etiladi.
