Mazkur maqolada ichki audit tekshiruv natijalarini shakllantirish va ularni rahbariyat hamda manfaatdor tomonlarga taqdim etishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari yoritilgan. Unda ichki auditning tashkilot boshqaruvidagi o‘rni, tekshiruv jarayonining bosqichlari, audit natijalarini hujjatlashtirish va hisobotlarni tayyorlash tamoyillari batafsil tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, xalqaro standartlar (IIA, COSO, ISA) asosida ichki audit hisobotlarini samarali taqdim etish usullari, O‘zbekiston korxonalarida uchrayotgan amaliy muammolar hamda ularni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Maqolada ichki auditning strategik boshqaruvdagi roli, rahbariyat qaror qabul qilishdagi ahamiyati hamda zamonaviy axborot texnologiyalaridan foydalanishning afzalliklari ham yoritib berilgan.

Ushbu tadqiqot Qoratov tog'ida joylashgan lamprofir daykalarning petrologik xususiyatlarini va ularning Janubiy Nurota tog' tizmasining magmatik evolyutsiyasidagi o'rnini o'rganishga bag'ishlangan. Lamprofirlar kamon oldi va postkolliziyon magmatizm sharoitlarida hosil bo'ladigan kaliy-boy, uchuvchi komponentlarga boy magmatik jinslardir. Maqolada ushbu daykalarning mineral tarkibi, petrokimyoviy xususiyatlari va geodinamik sharoitlari adabiyotlar tahlili asosida ko'rib chiqiladi. Natijalar Janubiy Nurota mintaqasida paleozoy davridagi mantiya evolyutsiyasi va tektonik jarayonlar haqida yangi ma'lumotlar beradi. Tadqiqot lamprofir daykalarining mintaqaviy magmatizm kontekstida ahamiyatini aniqlashga qaratilgan.

This article examines the problems and prospects of developing communicative competence among university lecturers. The relevance of the topic is due to the increasing demands for the quality of education and the need to improve the effectiveness of interaction between lecturers and students in the modern educational environment. The article analyzes different approaches to defining the concept of "communicative competence" and identifies the main components necessary for successful pedagogical communication. Particular attention is paid to the problems arising in the process of developing communicative competence of lecturers, such as the insufficient development of teaching methods, lack of time for professional development, and psychological barriers in communication. Based on the analysis, promising directions are proposed for the development of communicative competence among university lecturers, including the introduction of interactive teaching methods, the development of special training programs, and the creation of a favorable educational environment that promotes the exchange of experience and the development of professional skills.

В статье рассматриваются особенности современного понимания грамматического строя русского языка. Грамматическая система русского языка представляет собой динамическую структуру, отражающую процессы развития, обновления и адаптации языка к новым коммуникативным условиям. Анализируются основные тенденции в морфологии и синтаксисе, проявляющиеся в современном русском языке под влиянием разговорной практики, цифровых технологий и глобализационных процессов.
