Ushbu maqolada O’zbekistob Respublikasi qonunchiligidagi mualliflik huquqiga oid normalar, mualliflik huquqi tushunchasining ta’rifi, O’zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligida mualliflik huquqining qay darajada himoya etilganligi, mualliflik huquqi to’g’risidagi qonunchilikning internet muhitidagi raqamli kontent, bloglar, ijtimoiy tarmoqlardagi materiallar va boshqa onlayn asarlarni qanchalik qamrab olganligi tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, mualliflik huquqi buzilishining huquqiy oqibatlari, unga qo’llaniladigan jazolar haqida ham ma’lumot berilgan.
In the process of globalization of the world, English has become not only a means of communication, but also an important economic asset. It plays a crucial role in international trade, foreign direct investment, competitiveness in the labor market, access to information and technological opportunities, and integration into international knowledge networks. Empirical data show that knowledge of English increases the employability of individuals, the economic integration of countries, and the efficiency of enterprises. At the same time, the dominance of English is also likely to lead to economic, cultural, and social disadvantages for non-English-speaking groups. Therefore, while recognizing English as a powerful engine of economic globalization, there is a need for inclusive language policies that support equitable and multilingual approaches.
Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy qurilishda qo‘llanilayotgan kompozit materiallar yordamida eskirgan binolarni seysmik mustahkamlash masalalari ilmiy jihatdan yoritilgan. Maqola asosida temir-beton konstruksiyalarni qayta tiklash va ularda yuzaga kelgan konstruktiv nosozliklarni bartaraf etishda FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) kompozit materiallaridan foydalanishning texnik-iqtisodiy samaradorligi tahlil qilindi. Mazkur materiallarning yuqori mustahkamlikka ega bo‘lishi, korroziyaga bardoshliligi, yengilligi va montaj qulayligi ularni an’anaviy mustahkamlash usullariga nisbatan ustunligini ko‘rsatadi.
Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy elektron asboblardagi nosozliklarni aniqlash usullari va diagnostika texnologiyalarining samaradorligi tahlil qilindi. Passiv, aktiv hamda raqamli diagnostika yondashuvlari solishtirilib, ularning afzallik va cheklovlari eksperimental natijalar asosida baholandi. Mahalliy tadqiqotchilar tomonidan taklif etilgan termografik monitoring, Arduino asosidagi self-test moduli va OBD-II adapterlar yordamida tashxislash usullari o‘rganildi. Qiyosiy tahlil shuni ko‘rsatdiki, gibrid yondashuvdan foydalanilganda nosozliklarni aniqlash aniqligi 2 barobar oshadi. Maqolada diagnostika madaniyatini rivojlantirish, sun’iy intellekt asosida prediktiv monitoring tizimlarini yaratish bo‘yicha takliflar ilgari surilgan.
