Mazkur maqolada katta sport bilan shug’ullanuvchilar uchun mashg'ulot jarayonida yuklamalarning tuzilishi, mazmuni va ularni normallashtirish masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Sport yuklamalarining optimal shakllanishi sportchilarning jismoniy va psixologik holatiga ijobiy ta'sir ko'rsatib, natijalarning oshishiga xizmat qiladi. Tadqiqotda ilmiy manbalar tahlili, empirik tadqiqot usullari hamda tajribaviy mashg'ulotlar natijalari keltirilgan. Shu bilan birga, yuklamalarni individual xususiyatlarga moslashtirish, ularning organizmga ta'siri va tiklanish jarayonlari ham atroflicha ko'rib chiqiladi.
Ushbu maqolada difenilaminning ((C6H5)2NH) kislotali sharoitda ishqoriy nitratlar bilan o‘zaro ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Reaksiya natijasida hosil bo‘ladigan mahsulotlarning spektrofotometrik va xromatografik xususiyatlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari difenilaminning oksidlanish jarayonlarida ishtirok etishi va hosil bo‘ladigan mahsulotlarning spektral xususiyatlarini tushunish uchun muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Ischemic heart disease is one of the main causes of disability and death among the population all over the world, including in Uzbekistan. Among the comorbid conditions observed in this group of patients, kidney dysfunction is of particular importance, and even the earliest subclinical disorder affects the exacerbation of the main disease and the development of complications, as well as mortality rates as an independent risk factor. This article aims to investigate the significance of creatinine, cystatin C, proteinuria and podocyturia in early diagnosis of RD in patients with stable angina pectoris and their association with cardiovascular risk. Cystatin C has been reported to be reliably effective compared to serum creatinine in the early diagnosis of RD in patients with stable angina pectoris. It has also been confirmed that podocyturia is one of the main markers for its early detection and assessment of its progression.
Во многих клинико-экспериментальных исследованиях доказано прямое участие иммуно-воспалительных факторов в течении ХСН и развитии неблагоприятных последствий. Несмотря на то, что некоторые исследования показали, что уровни эндотоксинемии и цитокинемии различаются при гемодинамических фенотипах ХСН, влияние этих процессов на течение ХСН с сохраненной и промежуточной фракциями выброса остаются неизученными.
