Ushbu maqolada butun O’zbekiston miqiyosida oziq-ovqat sanoatida bo’yicha sut va sut mahsulotlarida kalsiyning tutgan o’rni va inson organizmi uchun kerakli modda ekanligi haqida so’z yurutiladi. Albatta insoniyat umri davomida sog’lom hayot kechirishi uchun kerakli bo’lgan modda va vitaminlar soni judayam ko’p, ular ichidan sut va sut mahsulotlarida eng ko’p uchraydigan kalsiy moddasi haqida batafsil o’rganib chiqamiz.
