Abstract. This article explores the psychological impact and educational value of the “Edige” epic on youth. The paper highlights the role of Edige Bahodir’s heroic image as a motivational source, aiding young people in understanding their national identity and cultivating patriotism. Psychologically, the epic encourages youth to develop strong personal qualities, responsibility, and resilience in the face of challenges. Thus, the “Edige” epic plays a significant role in the personal development of the younger generation.
