Abstract. This article talks about the importance of implementing KPI system in banking today. The KPI system is also referred to as an efficiency or effectiveness indicator that monitors the performance of banks' managers and employees at the specified level or achieves a specified goal, and the article also talks about the advantages and disadvantages of this system.
