Ushbu maqolada bank sektoridagi moliyaviy innovatsiyalar va ularni takomillashtirish yo‘llari tahlil qilinadi. Moliyaviy innovatsiyalar bank xizmatlarini avtomatlashtirish, xavfsizligini oshirish va mijozlarga qulay sharoit yaratish uchun muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Maqolada raqamli bank xizmatlari, blokcheyn texnologiyalari, sun’iy intellekt, katta hajmdagi ma’lumotlar (Big Data) va ochiq bank tizimi kabi zamonaviy innovatsion yondashuvlar muhokama qilinadi. Shuningdek, bank sektorida moliyaviy innovatsiyalarni yanada rivojlantirish uchun taklif etilgan chora-tadbirlar, jumladan, raqamli infratuzilmani takomillashtirish, yangi moliyaviy mahsulot va xizmatlarni rivojlantirish, regulyator siyosatini moslashtirish va fintech kompaniyalari bilan hamkorlikni kuchaytirish muhimligi ta’kidlanadi. Maqola bank tizimida zamonaviy innovatsiyalarni joriy etish orqali moliyaviy xizmatlarning samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan tahliliy va amaliy tavsiyalarni o‘z ichiga oladi.

CORRELATION OF CARDIOVASCULAR RISK WITH RENAL DYSFUNCTION FACTORS IN STABLE ANGINA

Ischemic heart disease is one of the main causes of disability and death among the population all over the world, including in Uzbekistan. Among the comorbid conditions observed in this group of patients, kidney dysfunction is of particular importance, and even the earliest subclinical disorder affects the exacerbation of the main disease and the development of complications, as well as mortality rates as an independent risk factor. This article aims to investigate the significance of creatinine, cystatin C, proteinuria and podocyturia in early diagnosis of RD in patients with stable angina pectoris and their association with cardiovascular risk. Cystatin C has been reported to be reliably effective compared to serum creatinine in the early diagnosis of RD in patients with stable angina pectoris. It has also been confirmed that podocyturia is one of the main markers for its early detection and assessment of its progression.

THE ROLE OF VASCULAR WALL RIGIDITY IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF CORONARY HEART DISEASE WITH COMORBID KIDNEY DYSFUNCTION

The article about the role of vascular wall stiffness in the development of coronary heart disease and renal dysfunction. At the beginning of the review, the definition of the stiffness of the vascular wall is given. Rigidity of the aorta and large vessels of the elastic type is being studied as an independent marker of the risk of developing coronary artery disease and how its measurement allows a more accurate assessment of the prognosis of the disease Methods for noninvasive determination of vascular stiffness by pulse wave propagation velocity, central pulse pressure level, and index of pulse pressure increase in the aorta allows to define formation of high-risk groups for the purpose of its further correction.
