Abstract. The degree of mechanization of installation work during reconstruction is characterized not only by a large proportion of labor costs, but also by the quality of the work performed. In order to reduce losses in construction organizations, it was proposed to create a differentiated regulatory framework in the form of correction factors for certain types of work during reconstruction, expansion and new construction on the territory of existing industrial enterprises.
