Abstract. This paper explores the integration of digital tools in the assessment process of English language classrooms. The study highlights the shift from traditional to digital modes of evaluation, identifying how online platforms, learning management systems, game-based applications, and analytics dashboards influence formative and summative assessment. The analysis demonstrates that digital tools enhance feedback quality, learner motivation, and autonomy while creating new challenges related to validity, equity, and teacher preparedness. The article concludes with practical recommendations for effective implementation of digital assessment in English education.
