Abstract. This article analyzes the importance and opportunities of digitization in the management of construction industry enterprises. The use of digital technologies, including BIM, IoT and artificial intelligence, helps to increase production efficiency, effectively use resources and manage data in real time. The article also examines the problems associated with personnel qualifications, technical infrastructure and legal standards that arise in the process of digitization. The need for personnel training, infrastructure development and improvement of the legal framework for the successful implementation of digitization is emphasized.
