Abstract. This article covers the issues of improving the qualifications of pedagogues in the process of digitalization of education. The use of modern technologies, distance learning platforms, blended learning approaches and artificial intelligence tools are important in this process. The possibilities of improving the quality of education in the conditions of digital transformation were analyzed on the example of foreign experience and measures implemented in Uzbekistan. The recommendations presented in the article serve to increase the digital literacy of pedagogical staff and further develop the education system.
