Abstract. This article discusses the tabu search method and its history, how it is used in legal activities, its advantages and disadvantages. The application of the tabu search method in the legal field has its own advantages. The main advantage of this method is that it is effective in solving complex tasks and finding the optimal solution among many parameters. The Tabu Search method has not yet been widely studied in the legal field, but since it is effective in situations with complex and restrictive requirements, it has potential for application in this field. This method can also be used in some legal processes. This method helps to find the best or close to it solutions.
