Abstract. The article presents materials about the importance of pedagogical creativity in improving the quality of education, creativity, pedagogical creativity, the creative potential of the pedagogue, the effectiveness of new pedagogical technologies in the organization of the educational process in the cluster method of teaching technology in a general secondary school. It is noted that great attention is paid to the formation of pedagogical creativity qualities.
