Abstract. This article discusses issues related to conducting an investigative experiment in the detection and investigation of road accidents. This investigative action helps to recreate the most identical situation to the incident and helps to most accurately establish all the circumstances of the case. The article also discusses the difficulties faced by investigators and persons with special knowledge when conducting investigative experiments.
