Abstract. In this article, the author analyzed the objective signs of the legalization of proceeds from crime on the basis of national and international legislation, international norms and doctrines. It is noted that the legalization of criminal proceeds poses a serious threat to national interests, since it is a necessary condition for the formation and functioning of organized crime in various spheres of society.
