THE PROCEDURE FOR REMOVING THE BAN ON GOING ABROAD FOR ALIMONY ARREARS

Abstract. According to Article 64 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, parents are obliged to feed and educate their children until they reach adulthood. According to the Family Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, it is specified that parents provide for their minor children. Also, the Convention on the Rights of the Child stipulates the right of minors and adult children to receive material support.
