Abstract. In this article, the current state of the digital economy system in Uzbekistan, further improvement of the digital economy in our country, elimination of existing problems in the digital economy, positive and negative effects of the digital economy system on economic and social life, how convenient the digital economy is for people, the need to use new opportunities , it was emphasized that our country can be among the developed countries, and the incomparable role of the digital economy in all fields.
